Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during holidays, launches, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on the customer’s location and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information by email.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Essyn Fit is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Essyn Fit is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.

If a package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using the provided tracking number. Customers may also contact us for additional assistance.
