RETURN POLICY

At Essyn Fit, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
• In their original condition with original packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards, final sale items, and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@essynfit.com.
