Return Policy

At Essyn Fit, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition you received it

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Flash sale or promotional items

  • Customized or personalized products

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
